Brand Designer → AI Transformation Lead · Bayer Consumer Health
- Lead creative from brief to launch across a 115-person global product organization — concepting the idea, art-directing the look, driving it through to channel-ready execution. The job is to take one thought and make it land everywhere: pack, social, web, retail. Across six years, the work I've shipped has driven $100M+ in product revenue.
- Led brand identity and packaging for MiraFIBER and MiraFAST — recreated the MiraLAX logo to read at shelf and built a modular design system; MiraFAST went inception to design-lock in three weeks. The two lines have driven ~$79M+ in combined retail sales, with MiraFAST the #1 overnight-laxative and #1 laxative-soft-chew SKU — the 3rd fastest-growing Digestive Health launch in five years. - Led the One A Day brand platform across 50+ SKUs and every channel — Amazon, Walmart, Target, retail, digital, social — directing Mertz and Assembly agency partners. Includes the full digital shelf: product photography, 700+ renders, and Amazon A+ pages. See it ↗
- Designed Iberogast's launch end to end — responsive brand site, mobile, and retail merchandising — one identity from hero image to add-to-cart. See it ↗
- Work side by side with marketing, copywriters, and producers — holding the through-line so one idea stays whole across channels, markets, and a hundred deliverables. Present and defend the work to senior stakeholders.
- Since 2024, I've led AI transformation for PX — running it in 90-day sprints with a six-person team across research, design, and packaging: we build shared AI infrastructure and ship working experiments to pilot users each cycle. Player-coach — I set the direction and build the tools.

- Posters & illustration — hierarchy, contrast, and scale pushed until the message reads in one glance; digital painting and vector illustration alongside it. See it ↗
- 3D & motion — I'd rather build a scene and light it than fake depth on a flat canvas: I model, light, and move the camera, art-directing in space before a single frame is locked. Social motion, particle/physics renders, and stage-opener animation — thinking in form and movement, not just static frames. See it ↗
- Experiences — the BOLD Breakthrough Tour — one idea taken across every medium it needed: identity → 3D → motion → live stage → merch, run three consecutive years for a 200+-attendee event on a single design system. Also art-directed Bayer's NACDS trade-show booth, multiple years. See it ↗
